Donald has 15+ years of hands-on experience in software product and program management and 7 years’ experience in lean startup.

Donald is a certified PMP, CSM and CSPO. His skill prominent stacks include Program Management, Project Office, Scrum, Agile, Team Leadership, High-Performance Team Development, Quality Engineering, Process Improvement, Risk Management, and Enterprise Agile Transformation.
Hooshyar Naraghi
Hooshyar has 15+ years of hands-on experience in software product development.
He is a leader with SME status in promoting and establishing the Agile mindset and working with and creating development teams in Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Leveraging his solid technical background, he is considered an SME in digital asset management (DAM), customer experience (CX), CMS, and UI/UX.
In recent years, Hooshyar has served enterprise and startup companies in developing and managing social and digital platforms with a sharp focus on cultivating trust among cross-functional teams and building value for the products his customers use.

Ben is an ambitious and technical professional with hands-on experience in industries ranging from telecommunication, automotive, and finance, to SCM.
He is skilled in project management and software product development, with a passion for helping clients achieve their digital goals.
